At TrailMarker Clinical Group, we believe every clinician’s journey is unique - filled with challenges, growth, and defining moments that shape who they become as professionals. Our mission is to guide associate-level counselors and therapists along their path to licensure with expertise, compassion, and a commitment to ethical excellence.
Founded by a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Supervisor, TrailMarker Clinical Group was established to meet the growing need for quality, supportive, and structured clinical supervision in the behavioral health field. With years of experience across inpatient, outpatient, and community-based settings, we understand the realities clinicians face. From navigating complex client needs to balancing professional identity and self-care.
Through personalized supervision, professional consultation, and ongoing education, we provide the direction and insight clinicians need to gain confidence, sharpen their skills, and grow into competent, reflective, and independent practitioners.
Our approach blends clinical rigor with authentic mentorship, creating a supportive environment where supervisees are empowered to ask questions, explore their clinical instincts, and develop their professional voice. We view supervision as more than a requirement, it’s a collaborative relationship built on trust, accountability, and mutual respect.
