Who do you provide supervision for?

TrailMarker Clinical Group offers clinical supervision for pre-licensed mental health counselors pursuing licensure as Professional Counselors and related credentials.

What states are available to receive supervision?

Supervision is available for residents, associates, and interns in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Utah, and Virginia (with more states coming soon).

Do you provide individual or group supervision?

We offer both. Individual supervision allows for focused, personalized guidance, while group supervision provides opportunities for collaboration, case consultation, and peer learning. Many supervisees choose a blend of both formats.

What is your approach to supervision?

Our supervision model emphasizes collaboration, ethical practice, and professional growth. We believe in creating a supportive environment where clinicians can develop confidence, refine clinical judgment, and enhance therapeutic skills while maintaining accountability and self-care.

How often are supervision sessions held?

Frequency is tailored to meet licensure board requirements and individual needs. Most supervisees meet weekly or biweekly, depending on caseload and progress toward licensure.

What are your supervision fees?

Supervision rates vary based on format and duration. Individual and group supervision are billed at an hourly rate. Please check out our rates HERE

Do you offer remote supervision?

Yes. Supervision is provided virtually to accommodate busy professionals across multiple states. All sessions are conducted via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.

Can you provide documentation for licensure boards?

Absolutely. Documentation of supervision hours, topics covered, and evaluations are maintained and submitted according to each state’s board requirements.

Who keeps track of my supervision hours?

You do. All supervises are responsible for tracking their own hours earned. We offer a template you can use to track your hours.

What if I’m not sure if you can supervise in my state?

If you’re located outside one of our approved supervision states, reach out anyway. We regularly expand supervision eligibility and can help you determine next steps or connect you with the appropriate resources.
