Founded by a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Supervisor, TrailMarker Clinical Group was established to meet the growing need for quality, supportive, and structured clinical supervision in the behavioral health field. With years of experience across inpatient, outpatient, and community-based settings, we understand the realities clinicians face. From navigating complex client needs to balancing professional identity and self-care.
Through personalized supervision, professional consultation, and ongoing education, we provide the direction and insight clinicians need to gain confidence, sharpen their skills, and grow into competent, reflective, and independent practitioners.
Our approach blends clinical rigor with authentic mentorship, creating a supportive environment where supervisees are empowered to ask questions, explore their clinical instincts, and develop their professional voice. Individual Clinical Supervision for Pre-Licensed Clinicians
Individual supervision offers one-on-one mentorship designed to meet your professional goals and licensure requirements. Sessions provide a confidential, focused space to discuss clinical cases, explore treatment strategies, and strengthen your understanding of theory, ethics, and documentation.
Whether you’re early in your licensure journey or building confidence in a specific clinical setting, individual supervision helps you develop the competence, confidence, and clarity necessary for independent practice.

Group Clinical Supervision for Pre-Licensed Clincians
Group supervision creates a collaborative environment where clinicians learn from one another’s experiences while developing critical thinking and reflective practice skills. Sessions emphasize case presentation, ethical dilemmas, skill enhancement, and peer support.
Group settings offer a unique opportunity to gain multiple perspectives, increase professional insight, and build community with other developing clinicians.

Groups of 3–6 supervisees for an interactive learning experience

Designed for clinicians in transition, this service focuses on professional identity, career advancement, and practice development. Whether you’re navigating the post-licensure phase, considering private practice, or developing leadership skills, we’ll help you chart a sustainable path forward.

Professional Consultation
Description:
Professional consultation services are available for licensed clinicians, supervisors, and organizations seeking guidance on complex cases, clinical documentation, ethics, or program development. This service is ideal for clinicians seeking feedback or support outside of formal supervision, as well as agencies looking to enhance their internal clinical practices.Examples:
